Getting ready for Begin EMBA Fair
1. Getting your lists ready

To get the venue prepared for the fairs, we need your contact information, a list of your institution's employees working at the fairs (for the ID badges), and a complete list of the equipment that you are bringing to the fair (for hotel security). Please fill in the form (AlmatyEkaterinburg, Moscow).

 

2. Presentations

If you made arrangements for a presentation, we need your presentation's title, name and position of a speaker, and a short summary. The sooner you send us these details, the better your presentation's attendance will be! Please fill in the form (AlmatyEkaterinburg, Moscow).

 

3. Visitor registration

We have recently introduced a new, 3-step registration system. At Step 1, guests submit their contact information. At Step 2, they sign up to visit specific presentations at the fair. At Step 3, they can choose the exhibitors they would like to meet the most. That way, audience quality is ensured. Please, fill in the brief description of your educational organization and educational programs you want to promote on the third step (AlmatyEkaterinburg, Moscow).

 

4. Press release

Attached please find press release of the fair. You might like to use that on your website and in your social media communities to invite your target audience to your stand and increase your participation efficiency.

 

5. Booking taxi
