Please note that most of services are available on the prepaid basis only.

Before placing the order please contact your manager at Begin Group Company to get your booking number and the confirm the amount to be paid with all the discount options your order is eligible for.

Refund terms and conditions

If the service has not been delivered and it’s Begin Group Company’s fault, 100% of your payment will be refunded.

The client may unilaterally deny the services. In this case 30% of payment will be refunded if the services were denied less than 30 calendar days before the starting date confirmed.

Any refunds are to be processed directly to the card the services were paid with.

When card payment is made all the details (including the card number) are processed via the system of electronic payments ASSIST, which is internationally certified. This means your personal data is fully secured and neither begingroup.com website nor Begin Group Company employees have access to them. To protect information from any unauthorized access ASSIST uses SSL 3.0 protocol, and the certificate (128 bit) is provided by Thawte which is an authorized centre for digital certificates. You can verify the server certificate.
