Refund policy

If an exhibitor decides to cancel participation in an event, a written notice must be sent to the Begin Group representative in charge. This notice must be sent by regular mail, with proof of delivery.

The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
  • 30 to 60 days before the event: 25% of the participation fee will be refunded.
  • More than 60 days before the event: 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.

Rescheduling Participation

Exhibitors who have booked and paid for participation may reschedule for the next season under the following conditions:

  • More than 60 days before the event: No additional charges.
  • 30 to 60 days before the event: A surcharge of 25% of the participation fee will apply.
  • 15 to 30 days before the event: A surcharge of 50% of the participation fee will apply.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: A surcharge of 100% of the participation fee will apply.

To reschedule participation, a written notice must be sent to the Begin Group representative in charge by regular mail, with proof of delivery.

Begin Group is not responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil disorder, or emergency government regulations. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.
